Did the CIA Shut Down Question Authority?

Today, when I try to access the Question Authority Blog at it's standard URL (http://peterrost.blogspot.com/), I get this;

And then I am redirected to what looks like a secure CIA server: https://www.cia.gov/cia/notices.html#sec

However, this generates a "Server Not Found" error message.

What's going on?

Has another blog in the Pharma Blogosphere been shut down or hacked?

Is the CIA involved?

Inquiring minds want to know!

It seems that Rost's blog is back online. He apologized for the outage but gave no explanation. It was weird, however, to be redirected to what appeared to be a CIA site.

Stunt!!!!....Wasn't he VP marketing??

Could be. A few days ago, visitors were redirected to his Youtube video promoting his book, which a more unambiguous marketing "stunt."

His post about Britney spears made an accusation of a White House conspiracy.

Yesterday, I saw "cia" and "access denied," today it was/is some other government-looking website. If it's a joke -- it wouldn't be funny in the least.
